How do you search for a publication?
You can search for a publication in all categories by using the “search for publication” field or restrict it by combining it with the “Category” field.
If you leave blank the “Search for publication” field and only indicate a category, all the publications in that category will be shown.
You can also select a highlighted category or subcategory.
Advanced search
On displaying the results of your search, you can search for the publication from the list or make a more exhaustive search by combining the fields of “search/publication/category.”
How do you buy a publication?
Once you have found the desired publication you can add it to your purchase order by clicking on the “purchase” button.
If you wish to increase the number of units of a same publication, change the quantity field and click on “update information”.
If you wish to erase a publication from the order, type 0 (zero) in the quantity field and click on “update information”.
You will then be able to continue browsing and adding more publications in the same way.
At any time you wish to end or to view the state of your purchase, click on “view my purchase” in the menu in the heading of all the pages.
To process the purchase, press “Pay”, you will then be asked for identification and purchase confirmation.
Identification: Register as a user or identify yourself if you are already registered.
Confirmation: Confirm that your personal data and the data for dispatch are correct, if you wish to change any entry, indicate this at the end of the page. If the information is correct, press “End.”
Please remember to keep the order number that appears on the confirmation page. This will enable you to consult on the state of the order.
Consultation on previous orders
(Follow up of an order / purchase through a previous order)
To access previous orders, press on the “previous orders” button on the menu in the heading of all the pages.
After identification you will access the history of your orders.
From here you will be able to:
- Make new purchases, by changing the quantities or adding publications.
- View the state of your orders (received/delayed/sent)
- View order details such as the address it was sent to and any message included.
